Recovery Hub was established in 2023 with a mission to foster a recovery-focused mindset and way of life within our local community of athletes and the general public in the Greater Penrith and lower Blue Mountains area. Our range of services includes Hot and Cold Therapy, Compression Therapy, Red Light Therapy, and Massage/Mobility.
